Day 01: Cochin airport to Hotel (30 Kms/1 to 1.5 hr)
Arrive Cochin. Meet and Greet at Airport and Transfer to your hotel for check-in.
One of India’s most interesting towns, a principle port and the centre of the spice trade on the Malabar Coast Kochi is rich in history and retains a relaxed and quiet atmosphere. The first European settlement in India, Kochi was founded by Vasco da Gama in 1502, however it was the British who influenced this colourful city the most with it being under direct British political control from 1795 up until India’s independence. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 02: Cochin Sightseeing and Later proceed to Munnar (4.5 hrs drive)
After Breakfast, explore Fort Kochi. Visit St Francis Church the oldest European church in India before walking down to the waterfront to witness the fascinating Chinese fishing nets and peruse the market stalls. Also you may be interested to visit the Dutch Cemetery situated at Fort Kochi in Ernakulam was consecrated in 1724 and is today managed by the Church of South India.Afterwards, return to your car to visit Mattancherry Palace (also known as Dutch Palace), the nearby merchant houses and a fine synagogue (closed on Friday &Saturday). Dutch Palace (closed on Friday) was built by the Portuguese in 1557 as a gift to the Raja of Kochi in exchange for trading rights and today houses exhibits of clothes, weapons and furniture as well as having numerous remarkable murals painted on the wooden walls. Continue to the synagogue, adorned with beautiful Cantonese ceramic tiles, before stepping out and exploring the local streets which still teem with traders who selling varieties of rice, ginger, garlic, chilli and antiques from street side warehouses.
Later drive to Munnar. most popular hill stations in South India, situated at the confluence of three mountain streams Mudrapuzha, Nallathanni & Kundala. It was once the summer resort of the erstwhile British officers in South India. Sprawling tea plantations, picture book town, winding lanes, trekking & holiday facilities make Munnar a unique experience. Overnight at Hotel in Munnar.
Day 03: Munnar
Today after breakfast, we take a tour of Munnar, visiting the world's highest tea estates spread like a green carpet over a large area. Later we visit Eravikulam National Park, the best place to see the rare Nilgiri Tahr (mountain goat). This sanctuary was set up for the preservation of the endangered Nilgiri Thar (animal sighting is subject to luck). Later visit other tourist interested places.

Day 04: Munnar to Thekkady (Periyar) - 110 kms 4 hrs drive
After breakfast, drive to Periyar (also known as Thekkady).
Today we explore one of the finest wildlife sanctuaries in India, the Periyar Wildlife Reserve. Set on an attractive lakeside, it is South India's most popular Wildlife Sanctuary. Periyar is a place to cruise on the lake & gives an opportunity to see wildlife. It is home to tigers, leopards, elephants, bison, antelopes, sambhar, wild boar, monkey, a wide variety of birds. Next we explore the sanctuary to experience the beauty & ecological pattern. Optional Spice Plantation & Boat Ride.

Day 05: Periyar to Kumarakom (140 kms/4 hrs)
After breakfast, leave for Kumarakom. Kumarakom, the famous backwater tourist destination in Kerala is located in the district of Kottayam. Kumarakom is undoubtedly the most invigorating, fascinating paradise in Kerala, God's own country. This rich green, sleepy little village of Kumarkom is located on the Vembanad lake amidst mangrove forests and coconut groves. Kumarakom is an enchanting picnic spot and provides boating, fishing and sightseeing experiences that are truly exhilarating. The slender coconut palms standing here, there and everywhere, its never ending paddy fields, meandering lagoons and backwaters, mangroves nesting birds of a hundred varieties can peacefully calm and invigorate your mind. On the scenic Vembanad lake you will come across plenty of traditional country crafts or houseboats, boats and canoes. The fresh water of the lake runs into the mainland making a labyrinth of lagoons, brooks, canals and waterways. The backwater houses a variety of species of both fauna and flora and marine life. Day 06: Kumarakom to Marari (45 mts drive)
After Breakfast Board the HouseBoat, locally called Kettuvallam for a Short Cruise with Lunch. Cruise around beautiful Vembanad Lake, This Lake offers an enchanting experience to the tourists. The lake is the best picnic spot, where you can relax your mind and body. While the water gives the place a cooling effect, trees and shrubs act as a respite to the parched eyes. Cruise through to Alleppy through backwaters to observe and experience the daily life of the villagers along the backwaters. The houseboats that we use are simply furnished and consist of a thatch-covered lounge/dining area; Two double bedrooms or more with attached bathrooms and all modern amenities. Meals are cooked on board and the house boat is staffed with a captain, a deck hand and cook.
Later transfer to Marari Beach. Overnight at Resort.
Marari is a beach in Alappuzha District of Kerala. Barely 12 km from Alappuzha and 55 kms from Cochin, this sleepy little village (also called Mararikulam), is an idyllic location for a vacation and Beach Stay.
Day 07: Marari
At leisure at Beach.
Day 08: Marari to Cochin International airport (2.5 hrs drive).
Departure transfer to Cochin international airport for your onward journey.
